   Milk pudding with caramel is a simple dairy dessert that is fun to make. –°aramel milk pudding is baked in the oven and its peculiarity is that it is finally cooked in a glass that stands in a container with water. This is a fresh milk pudding recipe and I think you've never seen it before! So I took this easy milk pudding recipe to answer two questions:

Ingredients for easy milk pudding recipe:

  • Granulated sugar - 1.5 cups
  • Ordinary water - 1/3 cup
  • Honey - 4 tablespoons
  • Fresh milk - 3 cups
  • Medium eggs - 8 pieces
  • Baking flour - 3 tablespoons

Cooking steps for egg milk pudding recipe:

  1. Melt 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup water.
  2. We have a glass pudding recipe, so we take glasses. Pour the resulting caramel into glasses of about 0.5 centimeters.
  3. Take 1 cup of sugar, add 2 tablespoons of honey, 3 cups of milk, 7 eggs and mix thoroughly.
  4. Strain the mixture through a sieve and pour into glasses on top of the caramel. Pour up to about 2/3 cup.
  5. For the next layer, mix 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 egg and beat it all to almost soft peaks.
  6. Mix the resulting mixture with 3 tablespoons of flour and pour into glasses.
  7. Place the glasses in a tray of water and place in the oven. Bake in the oven at 320° F (160° C) for 45 minutes.
  8. After cooking, the milk pudding can be garnished with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. You can also add what you like best.
