  • clean and dry mushrooms - champignons (I took 5 champignons)
  • quail eggs - for 1 mushroom we need 1 quail egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • you can also add spices that you really like

Cooking steps for recipe quail eggs with champignons:

  1. Take clean and dry champignons, separate the mushroom legs.
  2. Finely chop the legs of the mushrooms and prepare the main part of the champignon for stuffing.
  3. Chop the garlic and onion finely for frying.
  4. Preheat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil and fry the onions and garlic until golden brown.
  5. Add chopped mushroom legs and half a cup of water to the pan.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook over medium heat until the water evaporates (about 10 minutes).
  7. Place the mixture on a plate and half fill the mushrooms with the mixture.
  8. From the remaining mixture you can make sandwiches.
  9. Take quail eggs and place the yolk and white on top of the filling.
  10. Bake in the oven at 320°F (160°ะก) for 20-25 minutes.
  11. The resulting mushrooms can be garnished with chopped green onions and served.
