- clean and dry mushrooms - champignons (I took 5 champignons)
- quail eggs - for 1 mushroom we need 1 quail egg
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small onion
- pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- you can also add spices that you really like
Cooking steps for recipe quail eggs with champignons:
- Take clean and dry champignons, separate the mushroom legs.
- Finely chop the legs of the mushrooms and prepare the main part of the champignon for stuffing.
- Chop the garlic and onion finely for frying.
- Preheat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil and fry the onions and garlic until golden brown.
- Add chopped mushroom legs and half a cup of water to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook over medium heat until the water evaporates (about 10 minutes).
- Place the mixture on a plate and half fill the mushrooms with the mixture.
- From the remaining mixture you can make sandwiches.
- Take quail eggs and place the yolk and white on top of the filling.
- Bake in the oven at 320°F (160°С) for 20-25 minutes.
- The resulting mushrooms can be garnished with chopped green onions and served.
